2. Bowers & Wilkins Px8 headphones feature carbon cone drivers to reduce distortion

The British company Bowers & Wilkins (B&W) announced the launch of new wireless headphones Px8, with a system of active noise cancellation (ANC), which blocks external sounds.

The headphones feature an over-ear design, with foam that covers the entire ear, headbands and shells with silver aluminum details, 40mm dynamic drivers with carbon cones to reduce sound distortion, six microphones, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, USB Type-C port, battery life up to 30 hours and support for aptX Adaptive, AAC and SBC codecs.

The new Bowers & Wilkins Px8 headphones are now available in the North American market, in black or beige, with a hard carrying case, for US$699, which is a higher value than other big-name models, such as Apple’s AirPods Max. , which costs $549.

3. Sony is working on a system that inserts a second user to help with game stages

Rumors indicate that Sony is developing a new system that allows players to help others complete stages or overcome difficult missions in matches.

According to the information in the patent document, the feature is called “game interaction”, which creates a snapshot, a record of a specific moment in which another user can enter the game, when the player asks for help.

This technology is not entirely innovative, because in the game Elder Ring it is possible to invite other players or Spirit Ashes to help with some difficult bosses or levels, just like in the Dark Souls trilogy.

Sony has not said whether it intends to implement the idea in PlayStation 5 games and whether everything will have the functionality.

4. OnePlus presents the new smart watch Nord Watch

The Chinese company OnePlus presented its new smart watch Nord Watch, which brings a 230 mAh battery with an autonomy of up to 10 days of continuous use and up to a month in energy saving mode.

The watch has a zinc alloy and plastic case, a silicone strap, a 1.78-inch square AMOLED screen with a resolution of 368 x 448, a button on the right for operating system controls, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, tracking 105 .sport modes, heart rate measurement, sleep monitoring , blood oxygen level (SpO2), menstrual cycles, IP68 waterproof certification and compatibility with the N Health app.

The new OnePlus Nord Watch smartwatch is now available in India, in black color, with a starting price of 4,999 rupees, which is equivalent to $62 USD.

5. Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming specs leaked, first Chromebook branded for gaming

Leaked information indicates some features of Lenovo’s first gaming Chromebook, the IdeaPad Gaming, equipped with the ChromeOS operating system.

According to information, the notebook would be a variant of the IdeaPad 5i Chromebook model, it would have a blue case with stripes, a 16-inch IPS LCD screen with Quad HD resolution (2560 x 1440) and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, Core i3-1215U or Core i5-1235U, 8 GiB memory, up to 512 GiB SSD storage, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1, two USB Type-C ports, two USB Type-A ports, four speakers, four-speaker with RGB backlighting of the keyboard area, numeric keypad and reader micro SD card.

Lenovo has not commented on the rumors and thus there is still no prediction for the launch of the IdeaPad Gaming.

6. Apple plans to release new M2 Pro, M2 Max, M2 Ultra and M2 Extreme chips for Mac Pro

The North American press reported that Apple should introduce new versions of the M2 processor: M2 Pro, M2 Max, M2 Ultra and M2 Extreme, which should make up the Mac Pro.

According to the information, the M2 would have an M2 Pro, with 10 cores, a 20-core graphics chip and support for up to 48 GiB of memory; The M2 Max would come with 10 cores, a 40-core graphics chip and support for up to 96 GiB of memory; M2 Ultra with 24 cores, an 80-core graphics chip and support for up to 192 GiB of memory; and the M2 Extreme would bring a 48-core, 160-core graphics chip and support for up to 384 GiB of memory. It is likely that the M2 Pro and M2 Max models will have a 5nm manufacturing process, N4P generation from TSMC.

Also according to the publication, the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips are expected to be released later this month, while the M2 Ultra and M2 Extreme in 2023.

The M2 chip, released in July of this year in the 13-inch MacBook Air and MacBook Pro devices, has eight cores, an eight-core graphics chip and access to 24 GiB of memory.
