According to the statement, the biometric clocks will be gradually deactivated as programmed by the Court’s Information Technology Secretariat and therefore, with these new guidelines, judicial officers will be able to continue to record time on the clocks and can also go to the Central Division room to log in and enter password on the SADM computer before leaving. JOINT NOTICE no. 01/2022

Subject: Virtual class

The Secretariat for Information Technology – STI and the Secretariat for Personnel Management – SGP NOTIFY all directors and officials of administrative and judicial units of the 1st and 2nd degree about the availability of the Virtual Clock that will be used for daily face-to-face time recording. – facial work from 17.10.2022. The installation of the Virtual Clock will be provided by the IT Department, automatically and on all computers in the work units

1. The installation of the Virtual Clock will be ensured by the Information Technology Department, automatically and on all computers of work units, which must remain connected at the end of the day on 10/14/2022, which enables the registration of daily arrivals. by male and female officers in face-to-face work from 10/17/2022;

2. In case of difficulties in accessing or instructions for using the tool, access the instructions contained in the Virtual Points Manual available in the Frequency module or open a call by phone 0800-7705779 or through the ticket portal, via https link: //suporte.tjsp.jus .br;

3. Registration of a point in the Virtual Hour will be done using a personal and non-transferable login and password, respecting the conditions of confidentiality and security to which all servers are subject, under penalty of functional responsibility;

4. A virtual clock or an available biometric clock can be used to record the start and end of the working day, and the data will also be entered on the Daily Events screen of the tracking system;

5. On non-working days, in case of emergency service or personal referee assignment, time records made on the Virtual Clock will only be updated on the Daily Occurrences screen in the Frequency System after the authority registers the authority. SGP;

6. In case of unavailability of biometric watches, for any reason, or in case of problems with reading fingerprints, the Virtual Watch must be used, leaving the absence of registration unjustified;

7. All the rules applied in the treatment of frequencies are retained and any regulation by the manager can be carried out using the same codes that are already available in the frequency system;

8. The use of Virtual Time Clock configures the provision of service in face-to-face mode and allows receiving transportation assistance;

9. Civil servants at workplaces that are currently exempt from daily time recording at the beginning and end of the working day, when they work personally and solely for the purpose of receiving transportation assistance, must record time on a biometric clock or on a Virtual Clock, at least once a day;

10. Requests for the payment of transportation allowance will not be approved if there is no point record;

11. Time recording via Virtual Time Clock is prohibited when the server is outside the Court building, including in the case of access to machines installed in work units via VDI/VPN;

12. The manual with instructions for using and installing the Virtual Time Clock will be available on the frequency module from October 17, 2022;

13. The Unified Frequency application remains available for use by servers when performing their remote work activities, and from 01.12.2022, the use of the Frecência application for desktop computers will be discontinued;

14. In order for servers who do not regularly perform their activities using a computer to be able to use the Virtual Time Clock, it is recommended that the computer be available in an easily accessible area of ​​the building, where it is convenient for them to remain connected to facilitate use at the beginning and end of the work day ;

15. In case of problems with the logical network used at the location, which make the use of the Virtual Time Clock unfeasible, time registration must be done on the available Biometric Time Clock, in order to regulate the absence of time registration. used only when really necessary (no biometric clock on site);

16. Biometric watches will be gradually deactivated, according to programming under the control of STI;
