Four million Brazilians survive from sales, and companies invest in qualifications

Brazil has about four million entrepreneurs who survive by direct sales. In Latin America, the country is the leader in terms of activity, while it is in seventh place in the global sales ranking. In the state of Goiás alone, there are more than 120,000 consultants who carry out this type of trade, according to the Brazilian Association of Direct Selling Companies (ABEVD).

According to the agency, the number of professionals in Goiás corresponds to 3.1% of the total number in the country, which already has a turnover of R$ 50 billion per year. Another segment that hosts many sales professionals is the real estate sector, which currently has more than 20,000 real estate agents in the country.

In general, workers are attracted to the characteristics of the industry, such as flexible working hours and the possibility of a good economic return, according to sales results, both of products and services. However, the professionalization of the segment is becoming more and more necessary and important, a great need for those who want to start in the profession or stand out in it. In order to support professionals in this development, companies have sought to invest in the qualifications of professionals in the segment.

Anticipating a scenario of good prospects and properly trained professionals, the URBS Imobiliária group will hold the Inova Conference of URBS on September 26, at 9 am, in the Lagoa Azul Auditorium, in the Congress Center of Goiânia, intended for more than 600 professionals employed realtors, who provide services to the company.
