Jitterbit expanded its global reach and technology offering with the acquisition of the company WoweBridge connections in Brazil, Canada and PrimeApps in Turkey, and successfully integrated employees and technologies in record time.

  • Wevo has rapidly increased Jitterbit’s reach in Latin America, bringing on board more than 130 new corporate clients and more than 20 regional technology partners, providing more than 200 endpoints and connectors to apps and services such as MercadoLibre, PicPay, VTEX and Zenvia to help users of Jitterbit to operate smoothly across borders.

  • With the addition of PrimeApps, an innovative low-code application platform (LCAP), Jitterbit has expanded the capabilities of its Harmony platform, bringing to market App Builder, a low-code application development tool that leverages integration to help organizations quickly build, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications to support their business. Adding App Builder to the Harmony platform offers a number of benefits, including hyper-automating workflow, enabling businesses to automate end-to-end processes and increase productivity by reducing process touch points by up to 90%. Jitterbit offers a unified platform that allows customers to build integrations using the company’s iPaaS, expose those integrations through an application programming interface (API) using Jitterbit’s API Manager, and then build applications using their LCAP.

On the Harmony platform, Jitterbit has also improved Jitterbit Cloud Studio and the No-Code Connector Builder. At Cloud Studio, the company has expanded to thousands of users who have successfully transitioned to a cloud browser-based integration platform. Customer and partner success

Jitterbit has grown its extensive customer list of global, small and medium enterprises and organizations by winning new customers and expanding existing relationships with companies such as CancerLinQ, FedEx, Fujifilm, Nestlé, Pfizer, University of Pittsburgh, WEX and Wiley. Jitterbit has grown its customer support teams by 185% year-over-year, with gross customer retention of nearly 90% and net retention of 105%, a testament to its longstanding reputation for excellent customer service. .

Jitterbit increased partnerships with global leaders in the first half of the year, leading the company to attract nearly 50 new partners. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) from indirect sales from new and expanded company partners and from business transactions increased by 93% and 94%, respectively. Jitterbit partner referral transactions are up 117% year-over-year.

Leadership and increasing the number of employees

Jitterbit appointed Avner Alkhas as Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy Parker as operations director and Colin Lillywhite as Managing Director of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region to lead new growth and market share opportunities. In recent months, Jitterbit has reached a total of 500 employees, almost doubling its base.
