Motorola Edge 30 Ultra arrives in Brazil with 200 MP camera and fast charging – Tecnoblog
THE Motorola announced this Thursday (8) the arrival of its latest high-end mobile phone. His name is Edge 30 Ultra and its main highlight is the camera, with a resolution of 200 megapixels. In addition, the device is compatible with 5G SA, NSA and DSS and has Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, Qualcomm’s most powerful chip.
The camera is truly the highlight of the Edge 30 Ultra. The smartphone has a triple set, headed by the main sensor has 200 megapixels. According to Motorola, the device combines up to 16 pixels into one. We promise more colorful photos even in poor lighting conditions.
Despite the 200 megapixel sensor, it is not possible to take a photo of that resolution. Output options are 60, 15 and 8 megapixels.

The high-resolution numbers don’t just stop at the main sensor. The ultra-wide camera has 50 megapixels and is also suitable for macro photography. A telephoto lens completes the set with a 12-megapixel sensor.
On the front of the device, the selfie camera is 60 megapixels, with fixed focus.
Another highlight is fast charging. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra comes with a 125W TurboPower charger.
The company promises that seven minutes in the socket is enough energy for the whole day. The battery of the device has a capacity of 4,610 mAh.
Additionally, the smartphone supports up to 50W wireless charging and 10W battery sharing to power other devices.
high performance hardware
The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra comes with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Announced in May 2022, it’s Qualcomm’s most advanced model yet, clocked at 3.2GHz.

One of its features is directly related to the cameras: video recording in 8K at 30 frames per second or 4K at 60 frames per second.
Along with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, Motorola placed 12 GB of LDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of internal memory with UFS 3.1 technology.
The power of the chip is also interesting to players. Motorola also thought of this audience and put in reduced latency and a touch speed of 360 Hz, for faster responses during games.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone supports 5G in dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS), standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) standards, as well as Wi-Fi 6E.
Special attention to audio and video
Another promise is a more immersive experience in games, movies and series. For that, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra comes with a 6.7-inch pOLED screen with curved 3D glass, Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The fingerprint reader is located below the screen.

In addition, the smartphone has stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos technology, with three-dimensional sound.
Motorola has also packed some extra features into its new flagship. One of them is Edge Lights, lights that are located on the edges of the device and turn on when the user receives a notification or a call.
The device also offers a customizable shortcut, which can be accessed by tapping the back twice.

The company has retained the Ready For, one of the most interesting tools in the Edge line. With it, you can connect your mobile phone to computers and TV, wired or wireless.
As for the operating system, the Edge 30 Ultra comes with Android 12. Motorola promises four years of updates and updates for three more versions of Android. However, there is no prediction when Android 13 will arrive.
