Perficient announces the acquisition of Inflection Point
Movement strengthens agile software development capabilities and adds nearshore delivery capability in Mexico
ST. LOUIS, September 7, 2022—(BUSINESS WIRE)–Perficient, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRFT) (“Perficient”), a leading digital consultancy transforming the world’s most important companies and brands, today announced the acquisition of Inflection Point Systems, Inc. (“Inflection Point”), an approximately $15 million revenue software consulting and product development company with offshore operations in Monterrey, Mexico and headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, USA.
The acquisition is not reflected in existing 2022 revenue or earnings guidance and is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted earnings per share.
